I wanted something different for our Christmas Cards this year and I found this company. The cards are really good quality, and I am even keeping one aside for myself to frame. I received an email asking me to write a review for my personalised item. Apparently they fulfilled my order 7 days ago they proudly told me. Unfortunately for all, I’ve yet to receive the order and so my review is that the item is terrible value for money because there’s no item, you just spend money.
Perhaps automated requests for reviews should only be sent once you know the customer has received their item.
