I received an email asking me to write a review for my personalised item. Apparently they fulfilled my order 7 days ago they proudly told me. Unfortunately for all, I’ve yet to receive the order and so my review is that the item is terrible value for money because there’s no item, you just spend money.
Perhaps automated requests for reviews should only be sent once you know the customer has received their item.

I ordered the Christmas Card Mix and Match because there was a good range to chose from and the Sale price made them even more attractive! The cards are a good quality and blank inside to make it easy to personalise the message in each. We have had a very difficult year and the humour in the cards will hopefully bring a smile to the recipients. They certainly brought a smile to me.
